  13. Flying Perfect is a screen saver where various objects
  14. fly over the screen in different styles.  It allows users
  15. to import their own BMP files as flying objects.

  22. This is a shareware.  That means: TRY before BUY.  You should 
  23. REALLY make sure that

  28. before you register it.  It is provided AS IS.  There is not 
  29. warranty.  Once you register it, it(its Registration Code)
  30. can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  35. A COOL shareware, Savervisor is included. Savervisor is a Screen
  36. Saver and Wall Paper Manager. It provides a lot of VERY COOL 
  37. functions:

  39.   - It appears as an icon that allows you launch a screen saver
  40.     instantly by a single click of RIGHT mouse button.
  41.  
  42.  - It can be run in a INVISIBLE mode. With this great feature,
  43.     you can just put it into Windows Startup group in Program 
  44.     Manager and forget it: It will take care all the management 
  45.     tasks while you never realize it is working for you!

  47.   - It allows you specify the sensitive areas where you can click
  48.     the RIGHT mouse button to launch a saver instantly.
  49.  
  50.   - It provide saver (and wallpaper) scheduling capability.  That is, 
  51.     it allows you specify what saver(wallpaper) to be activate at a 
  52.     specified hour through a week.  It also allows you switch savers 
  53.     (wallpaper)through all the savers(BMP files) in your Windows 
  54.     directory and specify switchng period.

  59. NOTE: Savervisor is an independent shareware which requires a
  60. different registration.  That is, registering the saver does
  61. NOT let to Savervisor to be registered. And registering 
  62. Savervisor does not let to the saver to be registered either.

  66. run setup.exe:

  69. A). What will be installed by setup.exe?

  71.  The SETUP.EXE will copy five files into your windows directory:

  73.  fp.src      -- The main executable file of Flying Perfect;
  74.  fp.txt      -- Documentation file;

  111.  - VBRUN300.DLL;

  115. C). How to install?
  116.  
  117.  "Step By Step" instructions for installation:
  118.  
  119.     1). Download the latest version of in_mt.zip and
  120.       VBRUN300.DLL(if you don't have one in your system);
  121.       
  122.       You can download VBRUN300.dll from following place:
  123.  
  124.         In compuserve, GO WINAV and search its library for
  125.         file named vbrun3.zip
  126.  
  127.         In WWW, http://www.coast.net:80/cgi-bin/SimTel/win3/dll
  128.  
  129.         In Internet, ftp://ftp.coast.net/SimTel/win3/dll
  130.  
  131.         In America Online, Go to software library and search for
  132.         file named vbrun300.exe.
  133.  
  134.         After downloading and unziping it, you need to move it
  135.         into Windows system directry, c:\windows\system.
  136.  
  137.   2). Copy fp.zip into a temporary directory, say c:\tmp;
  138.   3). Unzip fp within c:\tmp using pkunzip.exe;
  139.   4). Run c:\tmp\setup.exe from File Manager(double click at the
  140. icon of
  141.       c:\tmp\setup.exe);
  142.   5). If this package includes a utility, Savervisor, you will be
  143. asked to
  144.       key in the directory where Savervisor will be installed.
  145. You need to
  146.       either key in you own directory or use the default one. If
  147. the 
  148.       package does not include Savervisor, you will not see the
  149. dialog.
  150.   6). The setup program will then ask you choose from one of
  151. following
  152.          a). Run the saver now;
  153.          b). Setup the saver now;
  154.          c). Exit to Windows now;
  155.        You need to choose one of them.
  156.     Note: if you choose (click at) the first choice, "Run the
  157. saver now",
  158.           please don't move or click your mouse after click at
  159. the choice.
  160.           Otherwise, you will disable the saver right after you
  161. enable it.

  163.   If you like setup or test the saver that you have installed,
  164. please open
  165.   the Desktop of Windows Control Panel, select the saver from
  166. Screen Saver
  167.   section, and test or setup the saver.
  168.  
  169. D). TroubleShooting:
  170.     -  Q: I have a multimedia system, with .WAV capability, and
  171.           in fact, 
  172.           I hear .WAV files with most every application.  
  173.           Why can I NOT hear sounds with your screen saver?  
  174.           (The Sounds option is grayed out, and I cannot check
  175.            it.)
  176.        A: The Saver disables Sound option if it does not detect a
  177.           sound device that it knows. You can enforce it accepts
  178.           you sound system by following steps:
  179.               1). disable (turn off) the saver;
  180.               2). open (double click at icon of) file            
  181.  
  182.                   c:\windows\fp.ini
  183.                   (assuming c:\windows is your Windows directory)
  184.                    in your windows File Manager;
  185.               3). change 
  186.                       EnforceSoundOn= 0
  187.                   into
  188.                       EnforceSoundOn= 1
  189.               4). save and close the file;       
  190.               5.) bring up the setup screen of the saver;
  191.               6). check (enable) field "Sound On";
  192.               7). click at OK to exit the setup screen of the
  193.                   saver;
  194.       
  195.     Q:  I have downloaded your screen saver recently 
  196.         and I was having a problem with getting it to work
  197. properly.  
  198.         After initializing I get a message "... caused a general 
  199.         protection fault in module VGA.DRV at 0001:0ca2". 
  200.   
  201.     A:  Changed your screen driver in winsetup to SVGA.
  202.

  204. E). How to get more information?
  205.

  207. This program is a shareware.  You are welcome to distribute this package
  208. (fp.zip) by any means: copy it to your friends, upload it to your
  209. favorite BBSs or On-line systems.  
  210. However, it is NOT a freeware. You will be able to use(evaluate) it up to 30 
  211. times or 30 days. You then have to register(pay fee to its author) if you still 
  212. want to use it after that.
